My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.

I refuse to become desensitized to this behavior. To call for the assassination of members of Congress (twice) is a serious federal felony and not a presidential act. If Republicans won't introduce articles of impeachment then Democrats need to. This is clear cut.

Pushback against the cancellation of Jimmy Kimmel must be unequivocal. Trump literally said Kimmel was next when Paramount pulled Colbert. If we shrug our shoulders at censorship and watch the next episode of Andor on Disney+ we are solidly in the passive participation stage of authoritarianism.
