It is still amazing to me, how many dudes on LinkedIn will spend hours crafting carousels where they quote only other dudes in the industry. And I mean dudes who are considered liberal. Women exist in your industries too!

Beginning to think I am the only person in the world who though episode one of "The Studio" was 'okay'.
Sure, it was funny, but was it Silicon Valley funny?

There's such a massive disconnect between the amount of space/quality of the building and the ridiculous amount of cash being asked for it.

Two people walked out of the screening of The Monkey I just went to.
Do people not watch trailers before they lay down cash for the cinema anymore?
I also had to tell an adult human to stop their constant texting during said screening. Movie was still laugh out loud good regardless.

Big shout out to Labour and their election pledge to ban section 21s from day one. We are seven months in and the renters bill is making slow progress. All this to say I’ve now been section 21’d TWICE in the last three years. Renting in the UK is a horrific joke.

I know we have recommended substacks now, which is a move in the right direction, but outsourcing curation to algos and not trusted creators was where it all started to go badly downhill.

There's a real lack of understanding within UK agencies of how social listening/social intelligence works. A lot of people seem to think you type something into a dashboard and insights pop up. This is not the case.
