The Adventure of Amina Al-Sirafi was by far my favourite book I’ve read this month. It’s so fun, full of emotion and adventure, and well researched folklore and history of the Arabian Sea maritime industry in the 1200s. the tie-in to her Daevabad trilogy was so fun #kikireads #booksky

My first book ended up being "How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories". A solid 4.5 stars, but on a different scale to the original trilogy. It felt like I was reading a fairytale storybook again but one for an older audience. Loved it <3 #booksky #cruelprince
