I tried the monroe institute's gateway orientation tape today and I'm baffled by it. I've never felt physical experiences during meditation and for it to be so strong ... speechless. I feel much more leveled too.

i would love to replace church with trail rides as community spiritual practice (hardly kidding; collectively, we as Black ppl need to get back to a third space that offers community & tradition without being tied to the capitalist & evangelical clusterfuck that many Black churches have become)
