This is an obvious point, but cannot overstated. There is an enormous difference between deporting someone - where they get off a plane as a free citizen in their home country AND FUNNELING THEM INTO A BRUTAL PRISON FROM WHICH THEY HAVE NO CHANCE OF EVER EMERGING!!!
I just finished reading 1984 and the similarity between rewriting in newspeak and the purging of "DEI" terms like female, trauma, status, political, pollution... from federal documents is beyond terrifying.

902/4,500 miles... A bit slower for this most recent hundred thanks to a nasty run in with a cranky sciatic nerve. I'm walking a little better now and on the mend, but there were some days there that I was knocked out by a half mile.
