I'm in West Cork atm and am saddened, but not surprised, to see roadside ditches which have obviously been sprayed with weedkiller, the main target seems to be brambles which would soon becoming in to fruit. It's depressing to see but is it legal?

BP has said it expects to report higher oil and gas production for the 2nd quarter, after the energy giant renewed its focus on fossil fuels to help boost profits. BP have a new growth strategy focused on extracting more oil and gas, following pressure from some investors to boost its profits. 👇

Footage from a town in County Cork in 1975, what you can see straight away is the freedom children had to play on the main street of the town. A sight you no longer see mainly due to the amount of cars clogging up our public spaces.
