No, using AI generated stuff as a "placeholder" on your crowdfunding campaign is not OK either.
If the visuals are THAT important to getting your project funded, then you need to pay a person up front for those key visuals and deliver a consistent end product to your backers.

This turned out great! I wanted a bigger illustration for my girlie. And somehow I managed to hyperfocus my way to completing it...

In a lecture yesterday we were told explicitly not to look at a particular theory because it has no research behind it.
But for an assignment for another class I'd chosen to look at a study done... That was based partially on that theory...
