Headed to Cambodia and then to World Sleep! My tip for avoiding jet lag is…you can’t avoid it with a 12+ hr change but avoid alcohol, sleep as much as you can on the flight (hard in the daytime), don’t stress about your sleep and enjoy your trip tired or not!
