I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve used the words “For Now” in a headline.
It’s an administrative stay, with no reasoning and, as such, should be of an extremely limited duration.

Additionally, the admin stay doesn’t “allow” unconstitutional action. In fact, part of DOJ’s argument below was that the injunction was too vague in parts as a “follow the law” order.

Taken literally, that could implicate wind projects wholly sited on private land, given the DOI memo from July establishing secretarial level review processes for any wind and solar project with a federal nexus.
Trump just said that his goal is not to approve any more "windmills" during his next three years in office. He then falsely claims that all wind turbines are made in China and that they only last 8 years. He said he has ordered Interior Secretary Burgum not approve any more wind turbines whatsoever.
