Why do we continue to allow Donald Trump to use the US economy and the US military as his resources to extort our allies, to salve his ego, and create opportunities for his personal financial gain? We’ve always been better than this. At least I thought we were.

Anyone checking their credit card statements today to see if your rate has been reduced by the bank or credit card company to 10% as ordered by Trump?
Besides the fact that Trump has no power to order such a reduction, his move seemed to me to be a transparent attempt to seek payment of tribute.

With Trump unwilling to move off of his obsession with Greenland either his cabinet or Congress must immediately remove him from office. His actions are not those of a sane man. Allowing him to continue to run the country is beyond irresponsible.

I hope that more people protesting ICE in MN show up with American Flags because:
1 / It’s time to reclaim the flag from MAGA; and
2/ It’s a really bad look for LE to be deploying force, less than lethal weapons, flashbangs, and chemical irritants against people waving the American flag.

I’m an old guy. I retired a number years ago and planned to enjoy my “golden years”.
These days I wake up in a country I hardly recognize. Trump, his administration, and the fools who support him have destroyed the America I knew and substituted a militarized state I just don’t recognize anymore.
