My Facebook/Instagram diet has been nothing short of incredible. Locking myself out of those apps for my own mental health was a great choice. (If I didn’t have to use them for work, I’d delete the apps completely)

I hate hate HAAATE it when I’m on the phone with someone with a thick accent and my deaf ass has to ask them to constantly repeat themselves because my brain can’t pick out recognizable words 😫 I’m sure it’s frustrating for them too!
