My oldest had a few bouncy balls in his room that he would rebound off his wall, floor or ceiling incessantly for YEARS. He said he was training. Drove me nuts at times but I learned to appreciate the sound as his meditation

People ride bikes year round in most urban areas in North America and Europe. If you can do it in Finland it can be done in Canada. More bike infrastructure means this is all a lot easier…

I love the genesis story of the early separated bike lanes in Vancouver (Dunsmuir). After City Council approved them, literally a few hours later, the engineering team move in with planters and line painting. Done.
