I use AirBnB, but it is curiously absent from ur public discussion on housing. Meanwhile we ruin our suburbs building towers of empty apartments that first home buyers cannot afford!
140,000 homes are currently being left vacant in Australia. 32,000 homes in Melbourne alone!

Air BnB has 160,000 homes on its books.

There are thousands of developers land banking properties in our cities.

We could legislate the end of a housing crisis very quickly.

Oh for a world where charities are unnecessary, they no longer have tax-deductible status, and Elon Musk is targeted by a single, very precise lightning bolt.
“Elon Musk’s charitable foundation grew larger than ever in 2024. But, for the fourth year in a row, the huge charity failed to give away the minimum amount required by law — and the donations it did make went largely to charities closely tied to Mr. Musk himself.”

It's a shame we couldn't find a way to allow kids to remain on Social Media whilst putting in place systems to protect them like I don't know say a report system where Sites suspend or ban people for bullying, using offensive language etc. Whe kids had access to block and mute functions. Oh well

Astounding that NSW police approved this Nazi event.

Perhaps they were distracted by the NSW Premier's apparent obsession with silencing criticism of Israel.
So they missed the significance of an actual antisemitic rally. #nswpol

Hyperbolic, publicity mad, sinophobic, constantly beating his own drum when absolutely nobody has asked - don't ever get between him and a headline
