TIL: very frustrating Apple Notes feature. Face ID didn’t register to unlock note, prompted me for my notes password. I don’t know this password. I set it in 2017 but used finger or Face ID since. Can’t get FaceID option back. Can’t reset the password for old notes. If you can’t guess it you’re SOL!

I love looking back on older technology and seeing the things people thought would be a hit. For example, my 2015 Subaru is just old enough to not have Apple CarPlay but it does have a feature to input birthdays so now I get a birthday wish from my car. Amazing.
