As long as Canada is nation-building we should consider universal basic mouthguard care.
Last night, @davidmoscrop.com told a crowd his work made him grind his teeth to nub/lamented the cost of mouth guards. I could only laugh, thinking about my own guard. Today, two colleagues asked about coverage for mouth guards. At least dentists are benefitting from the collapse of civilization.

Very interesting & tallies with my findings on experimentation @ Cdn Heritage. I would put leadership at the top of the list; in my work I found that it was not enough for leaders to accept experimentation/innovation - they need to actively *champion* it
I no longer live in the UK but still follow updates relating to maternity services carefully. I have mixed opinions on @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social announcement of a national inquiry. +it will bring more resources & attention to a vital issue. -issues are *already known* ACTION is what is needed
