A lovely afternoon sitting in the grounds of Modern One @nationalgalleries.bsky.social with the little apprentice who’s enjoyed the opportunity to paint, draw & sculpt with the materials in the Family Art Basket. What a fabulous idea!

A very personal reflection on how the financial crisis at the University of Dundee is affecting PhD students.

Reduced teaching opportunities, financial difficulty and the cutting off of a route to employment.

Thank you Taylor for writing this.

Bonuses: seeing fellow ‘Hildabeast’ @valmcdermid.bsky.social getting an honorary degree; wonderful conversations with families at the drinks reception; a wee gift from one proud mum
