I'm not sure *when* Velimiar gets his weapon, but he uses a lance that is forged in the Underworld, and is capable of "Life Steal". I have a "stat block" for it on his D&D sheet.

I can finally share these, two packaging artworks made for Magic: The Gathering's Lorwyn Eclipsed Draft Night box! AD: Lauren Brown

The Underworld and the afterlife are two different things for Asloria. The Underworld is basically their version of hell, aka where the demons reside. The afterlife is determined, for the most part, on how you lived your life.
