That's the gunboat from the old X-Wing PC games. Looks awesome, the damage adds quite some character to the model.
(And according to Wookiepedia it's called the "Alpha-class Xg-1 Star Wing". Now that's a mouthful, isn't it?)

I found decals for my Valkyrie in my scale model supplies. This is probably where I have to declare that any similarities to naval aviators, real or fictional, is purely coincidental.

I loathed the decals on my Space Marine army (skill issue *cough*), so I never bothered with them for my old IG minis.
Hence, my Valkyrie's fuselage looks empty to this day. I might have to change that.
