I share a lot of the same feelings as a musician. It would be great making a living in music again, but I would have to work inside a terrible industry that shares most the same problems.

This is the point I've arrived at. I've cancelled all my streaming subscriptions, mostly stopped buying anything released by major companies, and started putting my entertainment budget on directly supporting creators I like via patreon/etc. All mainstream entertainment runs on exploitation engines.
