One of my favourite poets has a new collection out. Pick up a copy of Randy Lundy’s “Something for the Dark.” It’s so good; he’s one of the best.

It’s a thing
when blurbs have the opposite-from-intended effect: there's a book you really like and then you see they've slapped a blurb on the cover by someone you don't want your taste to be associated with so you don't really want to post about it

Thankful we keep listening to business/fossilfuel companies, not scientists & environmentalists; grateful for being unable to go out on a summer day b/c can’t breathe the air. What a future for the children and non-humans who didn’t make these choices & didn’t need all this crap to live a good life.

Congratulations to Murray Knuttila for the awarding of the Best Scholarly Saskatchewan Book Award. 👏👏
The Book Awards event at TCU this past weekend was incredible!

Had the opportunity to chat with some great folks from the literary community in Saskatchewan.

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners, including Murray Knuttila, the winner of the Jennifer Welsh Scholarly Writing Award!
