Fuck YouTube. I would rather my videos stay removed than edit them to cut out the word gambling. For years, my work was about how loot boxes were gambling, and I used the word because companies didn’t want the word used.

Well there's another game that went from a cautious likely buy to a hard pass. Activision has some hard lessons to learn and I think a year off would've been the objectively better option instead of releasing Black Ops 7 in this state

I would've happily paid double for a Plants Vs Zombies remake if they actually did it right (new hand-deawn assets etc.) This thing went from an auto-buy to a skip so fast it's hard to wrap my head around

(1) Something I've noticed a lot over the years but could never quantify is how many indie games treat retro pixel graphics as nothing more than a style choice rather than an imposed limitation you're trying to do your best within, and on a lot of games it really shows in a weird uncanny valley way

The playtest version of Canterlot Besieged didnt get a crazy number of downloads but I did get a ton of great feedback! Planning at least one more playtest version to test everything I'm adding now with that feedback before calling it an official release. Thanks to anypony that gave it a shot!
