So, thanks to @gaminghistory.bsky.social and @logrus.uk I discovered that there are two different releases of this! One with the Subtitle "The Building of a Dynasty" and the other "The Battle of Arrakis"
The Dynasty intro is the one I know.

Most people know it as Contra 3 but I have always thought the games made so much more sense with robots as the main characters!
