It's great that Liam is being released, but we know from his school principal that other students have been kidnapped and we know from members of Congress that there are many children at that Texas concentration camp. What is being done to be sure their rights are respected?
It should not take a court order to get a toddler out of a prison.

Many of us would buy from Minneapolis stores to help them stay in business during these difficult times. Can they post information on pricing and how to order??
The federal presence in Minnesota has been especially tough on our local businesses.

Choosing to shop local, grab takeout, or visit a neighborhood store is one way we can stand with our neighbors and continue to show the nation what it means to respond with care and decency.

Thanks to Minneapolis for leading by example. We need to see this nationally. And thanks also to MS.NOW for broadcasting continuous live coverage of the marches today. The world needs to see this.
It’s -9 degrees. Downtown Minneapolis is packed for the anti-ICE rally and the crowd keeps growing

Colorado now has a web site for reporting misconduct by Federal agents. Sounds like a great idea! Do other states have this? www.coloradopolitics.com/2026/01/22/c...

It's very important that state charges be brought. We already know that Trump will pardon the ICE officer, even if he is convicted under Federal law.
Breaking:

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minnesota investigators say they can't access evidence after fatal ICE shooting and FBI won't work jointly on probe.

I used to be very loyal to Starbucks, but backed away when they started their very high-profile union busting. Now it seems they're struggling to figure out how to get customers back. Duh! Stop the union-busting and I'll be your most loyal customer again! www.denverpost.com/2025/11/23/s...
How Starbucks tried to quash union activity in Colorado
The coffee giant shuttered a store in Colorado Springs in 2022 shortly after its workers voted to unionize. A federal agency later ordered Starbucks to reopen that store, along with 22 others.

Why is no one else asking what happened to everything in the East Wing - art, photos, furniture, historical treasures? To properly store everything would take weeks, yet there were no reports of this happening. So much history! Where is it!!
What happened to all the art, furniture and priceless historical treasures that were in the East Wing?

Did Trump just give it away to his buddies? Is it at Mar-a-Lago? Did Jared and Ivana just help themselves to it?

No one knows

"This escalation of violence is targeted and intentional and pre-meditated," Illinois Gov. Pritzker says of the Trump admin.'s deployment of the National Guard to Chicago.

"Trump's deranged depiction of Chicago ... was just complete BS."

Governor Pritzker is doing a great job highlighting ICE abuses, complete with video. Thanks to @msnbc.com for showing it. We need more coverage of this.

I wish the DNC were also doing daily news conferences to highlight the Trump outrages. Pete Buttegieg would be a great spokesman for these.

As with so many other important things today, we need to rely on the states to keep this history alive. History Colorado has done a great job recreating the Amache Internment Camp, both online and at the museum.

Wow! This Homan bribery scandal should lead the news everywhere. And don't forget the Epstein files!
Border Czar Tom Homan was caught by the FBI accepting bribes - on camera - to deliver government contracts in exchange for $50,000 in cash.

Pam Bondi knew.

Kash Patel knew.

Emil Bove knew.

And they made the investigation go away.

A corrupt attempt to conceal brazen graft.

I'll happily watch any channel that re-hires Matthew Dowd. He told the truth and in rather mild terms at that. Shame on MSNBC.
It's all asymmetrical, unfair and unbalanced, titled towards right wing grievance and Trump.

All of it.

Matthew Dowd fired for speaking the truth.

Brian Kilmeade still paid despite advocating for the murder of all homeless people.

Big sigh. Watch this.

Can you see why the Yankees’ moment of silence, the lowered flags, the promise of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, feel like a gut punch to the very people he spent years targeting?
