Just love having one of those days when I open the news, see a story about another school/university shooting, open the news a few hours later expecting the top story to probably still be the first shooting, only for it to be another, even worse shooting.

I genuinely dislike the holiday season. I hate how it disrupts the normal flow of life for a minimum of eight weeks. I hate the expense if you celebrate it, and the loneliness if you don't. I wish I lived in the southern hemisphere so at least it wasn't all this PLUS SNOW ON TOP.

That acceptance speech by Mamdani was 🔥. Eloquent and simple, with clear challenge. I think if anything happens to this guy Rump Tower is going up in flames. Campaigning on three specific practical goals was so smart. I hope he’s the future and that it spreads to the white house.
