I don't usually post personal things, but my mother's in hospice after 2 months of a hospital roller coaster that started with a prescription drug she likely shouldn't have been prescribed. With hours/days left, no savings, we've had to launch a GoFundMe.

This is very dangerous. Generalizing activists & orgs they oppose as "terrorist" - and the behavior & tactics he mentions are not at all exclusively to the left.

We know by Trump world's record these aren't empty threats. Actions or arrests based on bogus claims are on the way.
Stephen Miller: “We are gonna channel all the anger we have over the organized campaign to led to this assassination to uproot & dismantle these terrorist networks … we are going to use every resource we have at the DOJ, Homeland Security & throughout this govt to dismantle & destroy these networks"

This is the "news" channel with the most views in the country in the aftermath of a fatal shooting, adding to the toxicity and inciting more hate. Watters also doesn't mention:
Melissa & Mark Hortman
John Hoffman & wife
Gretchen Whitmer
Paul Pelosi
Gabbie Giffords
Josh Shapiro

While the internet and media go into a toxic frenzy over Charlie Kirk's shooting, and his wife and children are left mourning, don't let the Evergreen Highschool shooting in Colorado get glossed over. At least 3 high school students in critical condition.

The Director of National Intelligence is accusing the media of pushing propaganda on behalf of the deep state, contrary to the Trump administration...but if the Director of National Intelligence isn't the supposed "deep state", who the hell is?
INGRAHAM: You've heard the media say that this is all old news and a stupid political move on your part. To that you say?

TULSI GABBARD: They are using the same old tactic that the deep state's propaganda arm in the media uses

They’re experts at this. They know the majority of people will see the first sound bite and not the retraction. They do this so they can’t be called out for their lies. Their base will only pay attention to the lie, not the retraction.

Within 24 hours he's walking back the manipulation lie.

He went from "mysterious revisions" to "the job numbers were slower & it is likely that the revisions are a better read if the data is not manipulated."

Obviously the "if" is to ensure Trump doesn't throw ketchup packets.
August 4, 2025 at 6:23 PM
This is basically the same thing Trump said at the height of the pandemic.

"Without testing we would be showing almost no cases"

"if they didn't have the revision, then the jobs numbers were fully consistent with the 3% GDP."

The Center for Public Broadcasting, which has funded NPR, PBS (Sesame Street, Mr. Rogers, Reading Rainbow etc) and 1,500 local stations, is closing after Trump and Republicans defunded it.

Worth revisiting Mr. Rogers' address to the Senate that saved funding in 1969:

You may recall this video from the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation" that was sent to BBC and analyzed by AP.

It came from Anthony Aguilar, retired US military veteran & Green Beret, who filmed it.

He describes what he witnessed in Gaza as a contractor:

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.” U.S. Const. Art.III, S. 3, Cl. 1.

So Obama was levying war against the U.S.? Giving aid and comfort to Russia…by accusing them?? Confused
Gabbard accuses Obama of “treasonous conspiracy”

The fact Trump's now-Secretary of State chaired the committee - that affirmed findings that Russia attempted to meddle in the election - does inconveniently destroy the narrative Trump 2.0 is trying to construct. Especially since Trump 1.0 knew none of what is being claimed.

By this logic, Johnson must believe that Corey Comperatore was chosen by God to be a martyr for Trump?
Mike Johnson: "God miraculously saved the president's life -- I think it's undeniable -- and he did it for an obvious purpose. His presidency and his life are the fruits of divine providence. He points that out all the time and he's right to do so."

If he outlives his term and leaves office, when Trump is on his deathbed he'll blame it on Obama and Biden.
Sounds exactly like what someone whose name was definitely NOT in the Epstein files would say, no sirree.
July 15, 2025 at 7:18 PM
So there was outrage that the Biden administration used FEMA funds for immigration, but when Trump does it? Silence.
July 15, 2025 at 6:26 PM
The NOAA costs taxpayers less than $5 each year. It's a very small cost, and yet Trump, DOGE, and the new budget are cutting its critical tools. The cost of FEMA is not as straightforward, but a budget of 47 billion (2020) is less than $300 per year per taxpayer.
