Fun Fact: When I got married my partner was Cis & has since transitioned 🏳️⚧️. I'll have to show her name change documents in addition to our marriage which has her deadname on it. I'm hoping we won't have to get remarried in order for me to get real ID.

I was not allowed to get my real ID because my birth name is different than my married name. Now I have to go dig up a marriage certificate. You know who wouldn’t have to do this? A man.
