Doesn't it feel good when you make something from scratch? My wife & I made this delicious cheesecake a few weeks ago. We rode the wave of accomplishment for quite a few days after that. We really needed that small victory from all the bucket of suck we've been dealing w/ lately.

This is my go-to guacamole recipe I've been making for the past 11 years. My wife's friend who lives in Tijuana, gave this 2 👍🆙, a friend told me "this is the best guacamole I've ever tasted in my entire life" & I also got a marriage proposal from a married str8 woman, HAHAHAHA!!!

Both my spouse & I are currently unemployed & lacking executive function horribly. But today we came together to make a cheesecake from scratch. In our low & dark times we always try to find the small things to bring us joy wherever we can & this cheesecake did just that.

They look like my 2 goofballs. This is exactly what would happen if we had this in our home. These 2 are father & daughter but they don't get along at all. The Tortie just barely tolerates the Orange one. They weren't raised together hence the friction. Also I did a bad re-introduction.
