Valve picked a bad time to release a new device. Memory (RAM and GPU VRAM) and storage (SSD) prices are sky high, and will probably stay that way for a while.

Until the AI bubble bursts, most computer hardware is going to AI companies. Factories will be making parts for them first.

There's an obsession with games being validated as art and an unhealthy fixation on some imminent ascension of the medium to a higher plane or whatever and I just think that's misguided. Most of the interesting stuff in games exists outside of diagetic narrative. What are the themes of Balatro?

After publishing this article, I've heard from many that CR seems to be using AI to produce dub CCs. Now, thanks to a slip-up CR had with episode 6 dub of The Banished Court Magician, we can say that with 100% certainty: Crunchyroll is using the AI service Ollang.com for its dub closed captions!
