Extreme policies do nothing to improve our state, but do lead to our young professionals fleeing the state for better opportunities. This kind of brain drain is not sustainable for Iowa.

Republican lawmakers have been ruining Iowa, yes. But there are Republican citizens who have been brainwashed into thinking that all democrats are evil. If people like Rob Sand continue to reach out and meet with them, we can start building bridges. That's how you change their votes to BLUE.

Please keep doing this. Both 'sides' need to be reminded that the 'other side' isn't an evil enemy. There are good people everywhere, and when we can listen calmly to one another, we can actually get some work done!
