Everyone I know doesn't want to know about #COP29 #Fail . Even though @theguardian.com rightly leads with this story, their readers don't think it is as important as Christmas gifts or blind dates. #psychologists and #anthropologists on this platform may understand. I'm not sure I do.

New research shows people will take on more challenging tasks if they see others around them do so - a form of social contagion. If, as leaders, we visibly engage in challenging tasks, we influence our teams to do the same, building a culture of growth & innovation

As ever, this type of major transitions won’t happen without coalitions of supporters. Climate coalitions are heterogenous. Without a committed government taking a place-based approach to the transition, we will go nowhere.
