Feels like a metaphor

I went to my local LCBO today in our small town and they were in the process of removing all the American booze from the shelves. I felt strangely patriotic in that moment.

Twitter/X is a dangerous propaganda site. It's beyond me why anyone is still there. I had deleted all my tweets and locked my account... but deleted it yesterday. Please leave Twitter, everyone.

Just deleted all of my photos and videos off of Facebook, and am about to delete my account. Hadn't used the platform regularly in years, but man, when I went back and looked at the old photos (that lived there and only there), I couldn't help but mourn the death of the way we were.
