I just checked the Amazon listing of Remanence (there should be 2, one Deluxe Edition, one trade version) and the ebook link works but when you click on paperback edition, it goes straight to the trade version. The trade version doesn't have an ebook version. Click all editions for the paperback DE.

How does physical existence affect consciousness-and does consciousness affect physical existence in return? And does consciousness matter if there's no interaction with other consciousnesses?
