A very detailed explanation of how FBI bamboozled a magistrate into authorizing a raid on Fulton County’s election offices by omitting critical information that would have totally undermined any probable cause claim. Pretty clear-cut case of calculated deception of the courts.

"Law" under Trump; lawyers inside USCIS were handed pre-written memos and told they had 10 minutes to read them and respond.

When the lawyers said the memos had problems, they were told to ignore them anyway because the admin doesn't care what the law says.

This isn’t just against Army policy. It’s incredibly gross. When you enlist, you’re a captive audience. This is why previous Presidents have been circumspect here: they get it. Trump does not. Forcing people by exploiting power is how he’s always operated. He has no capacity for empathy or honor

Q: Rep. Jayapal accused the DOJ of tracking her search history. Is that appropriate conduct?

MIKE JOHNSON: I don't know anything about that

Q: Bondi had a piece of paper with Jayapal's search history

JOHNSON: I don't know anything about that but it would be inappropriate if it happened

“Increasingly”?

It’s not just about symmetry; it’s about an unwillingness to call out reality for what it is. This is very similar to the “escalation” language.
i am increasingly bothered by terms like "showdown" or "face-off" or "clash" when used to describe corrupt and fascist power coming up against resistance because there's an implied symmetry that does not exist.

Trump's DOJ claims it took months to do redactions on the 3 to 6 million pages of Epstein files.

A professional archivist who has done redactions for 145 million pages says: nope with modern software it's a few days.

DOJ should have been able to easily release properly redacted Epstein files by December 19, 2025 based on our experience managing the UCSF Industry Documents Library
The issue of redactions – both redacting names of victims and not redacting participants in Jeffery Epstein’s “social circle” —  documents has been in the news.  There have also been question…
