En noviembre año pasado otros dos museos franceses sufrieron robos similares.

El museo municipal parisino Cognacq-Jay sufrió el robo violento de siete objetos de lujo y, al día siguiente, en el Musée du Hiéron, en Paray-le-Monial, fue robada una escultura de joyería.

It’s a very interesting find from late Roman period, which shows that elite styles, that needed expensive, imported materials, still played an important social role in this part of Europe at this point in time.
