We cannot normalize this. You cannot simply walk by because you have a meeting or a lunch date. You’re helping it happen when you do nothing. You are not immune from it happening to you.

This is blood-boiling. Charles Rogers was awarded the Medal of Honor in Vietnam after being wounded three times leading the defense of a position.
