Pulling the plug on PEPFAR is not only deeply cruel, it is essentially giving a death sentence to millions of people and opening the possibility of drug resistant strains of HIV.

It’s not lost on me that the only ones delivering an effective message against this regime right now are trans people. Dem leadership should take note. But instead they’ll run as fast as they can from trans people because they’d rather run a campaign like it’s 2008.
