As with the original games, I'm vastly enjoying the Tears of the Kingdom Warriors to the BotW Warriors.

I think I've got a handle on my next pitch idea after letting it rattle around in my head over the weekend.

I'm a month in and still hanging with CR! Brennan as DM, the generally intriguing cast of characters, and the brand-new world has kept me engaged for now, and I'm curious to see how it progresses now that groups are splitting up.

I can't pretend I haven't been down about my career lately, but looking at my shelf of work is a reminder I've accomplished plenty and been luckier than a lot of people. As slow as this year has been, there's still projects in the works and the belief that opportunity's ahead.

I genuinely enjoy flatting pages, you should hire me to do it for you!
In addition to writing, I'm also a flatter, and I'd love to take on some more work there again!

I've got hundreds of pages of experience on plenty of indie series and regularly flat for my own titles, including all six issues of Raise Hell!, as sampled below.

More samples available on request!

Can’t overstate how much I love working with Jordan. One of the funniest, sweetest, and most talented writers out there! He has also stepped up to flat when the deadlines are looming, and treats his collaborators AS collaborators. Also, turns things in on time!

Finished Silksong! Undeniably excellent game, one of the best I've played this year.

I do think the frustrations people had with it are not so far off from some of the ones people had with Shadow Labyrinth, a game I also enjoyed this year. Silksong is def better, but SL feels overhated.

Beck and I will be moving soon (good reasons)! Moving is expensive (bleh, bad)! We're both still currently unemployed which doesn't help. So, if you'd like to hire me and can pay in November, I'll write whatever you want (basically)! 👍 I can't take on more editing work at the moment tho.

A rights-nightmare story idea I still love was that, since RH! is set in 2006, our Halloween story was going to have Reeves listening to The Black Parade on loop and only speaking in song lyrics that incidentally related to whatever was happening in the plot. Can't prove that DIDN'T happen.
