Can anyone enlighten me as to why the multiple personalities that are Grant Shapps is on BBC Radio 4 WATO commenting on a settlement of the War in Ukraine. He’s not even an MP anymore let alone in Govt. Get someone qualified or whom is likely to be involved in any discussions!
