I've appreciated Discworld novels I've read. I hadn't read Raising Steam yet, and idk why this book in particular is the most heavily exposition'd Pratchett piece I've encountered. Pure Mary-Sue energy, tension elides, everything goes the way of the self-congratulatory main characters..

I have incarcerated comrades & loved ones who are enduring the daily torture of US prisons. They also continue to make art.
