More whimsy and heart, I hope, in this gentler scene.
Now that Reform have the star quality of Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman I am absolutely going to vote for them.

Let me just make a few little adjustments to that title…

“How a scientist with a PhD in Geology and 25 years of experience is helping lead California’s earthquake work”

Way to devalue my experience.

In other words Trump and his supporters are deplorable.
Listen to President Obama’s response to tRump’s racist post. Always, intelligence, class. Integrity and dignity.

Who are these people, some kind of Philistines?
This is truly terrifying, like the Nazis we are simply erasing people from existence, and it is happening without anyone questioning it.

Every time I do something creative, I have to confess it's another "love letter to London".

And that means the people I don't know, as well as those I do.

And it means my encounters with people from other places are characterised by a rapid bonding over our common ground.

And it is not my

No idea why a guy who depends on other cultures and immigrants for his companies, and his customers, is so wilfully blinded by his prejudices.

Is there a vaccine for whitesouthafricanitis?
1/3 What Musk is really referring to here is, of course “race” - that construct that served to define the hierarchies of wealth & power structured by modern colonialism. Like other far right racists though, he uses the word “culture” as a seemingly less pernicious synonym.

Only a 10 year training in Morris Dancing makes you British.
It *literally* does.

Thats what it is. A document which says youre British.

Not sure if Man United owner Jim Ratcliffe will see this being as he literally migrated to Monaco to avoid paying tax in the UK, but we wanted to put this up outside the stadium anyway….

Farage is blathering on about the poor English skills of certain members of the community, without naming Tommy Robinson fans.

He got it wrong though. Poor maths skills?

Or his geography skills (where is Clacton?)

Reading skills? (should I disclose this "donation"? Is it really mine?)

Absolutely true. Especially that our vibrant multi-cultural fabric is under threat.

Multi-culturalism is sustained by every mixed marriage, every child with multiple heritages, every arts project that garners from different histories, every fusion of food, every chord and rhythm we map to our own.
2/ If Starmer wants to protect the vibrant multi cultural fabric of the UK, he must scrap his divisive "earned settlement model".
These plans will mean some people will have second class rights throughout their adulthood, preventing many from flourishing & reaching their potential.

A year on, this Munich security conference could be a wake up call for Marco Rubio, as he realises the consensus politics of Europe, Canada and others are much more effective and fast moving than the USA's.

A real wake up call for him and his boss.

Today, the Trump administration repealed the endangerment finding: the ruling that served as the basis for limits on tailpipe emissions and power plant rules. Without it, we’ll be less safe, less healthy and less able to fight climate change—all so the fossil fuel industry can make even more money.

The Trump administration on Thursday revoked a scientific finding that long has been the central basis for U.S. action to regulate greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change, the most aggressiv...

Idiot Trump still not smelling the coffee on climate change, and driving the USA into poverty and irrelevance. If he survives to the end of his presidency, the USA may not be the world's leading economy.

Am I wrong to think the lawmakers of Congress and the US Attorney General are always on the same side of a child sexual abuse investigation?

What possible reason is there for an adversarial position? She's not the President's lawyer for his presence in the files.
A Reuters photographer captured this image of a page from Pam Bondi's "burn book," which she used to counter any questions from Democratic lawmakers during an unhinged hearing today.

It looks like the DOJ monitored members of Congress’s searches of the unredacted Epstein files.

Just wow.

In 1970 nearly 50% of the money you spent in the UK went back to Government and Public Services.

Coal, Oil, Gas, Electricity, Water, Public Transport, Social Housing, Telecoms, Shipbuilding, Steel...

All nationalised.

Now 95% of your money goes to tax dodging billionaires.

I came home from a creative evening with new collaborators, immigrants both, to Ratcliffe's comments.

Of course, I cannot condemn enough these terrible statements, trumpeted so loudly these days to either cow us, or make us all appear complicit.
