Imagine thinking the candidate endorsed by a democratic organization that is member funded, which since June filled over 1000 doorknock and phone bank shifts, and knocked on over 50,000 doors -- is run by consultants
The guy tries to claim that the powerful are afraid of him, but he himself is apparently afraid of an interview with the Star Tribune. Frey needs to go but Fateh is not and has never been the guy to beat him. Hopefully this is a wake up call for the local left - your consultants have blown it.

I'm ready to put my Christmas stuff up now but now that I only see my mom twice a year, including for Thanksgiving week, I have to wait until she comes to put up Christmas stuff so it feels like I get two holidays out of the visit

Anyway, just got their annual pledge ask -- to meet their budget for next year, they need 35% increase in giving from this year

Thursday, we went to a fundraiser dinner for the food shelf our church started that gives out 74,000 lbs of food per week.

My city put forth a proposal to raise our taxes and the only post they made about it was linking to a news article that you had to have a paid subscription for to view 🙃
It’s striking how many local governments, school boards, and small businesses post official statements to Facebook or Instagram and nowhere else, occasionally with restrictions that mean you have to have an account and log in to read them.

A lot of A24's indier stuff is too French film for my taste but they are putting out so many good indie films that the big studios should be paying more attention to
hot take: most of Hollywood’s box office crisis could be solved by making movies that cost 50% less, hiring unknown actors instead of superstars who need 20 mil paychecks, and taking risks on new ideas rather than brand names that are supposedly safe bets. nothing is a safe bet.
