Zero Slaves, unlike like that prick Thomas Jefferson! The ONLY founding father we should celebrate.
Pinned
Thomas Jefferson: Raised his half-black kids as slaves.

John Adams: Raised his kid to be President of the United States

One of is a Founding Father, the other is a ”Founding Deadbeat Dad”!

The fight tonight was over about $25 billion. Thats about 2.5% of the Defense budget. Would cover a year of the enhanced ACA credits. Republicans said that’s unaffordable.

Trump, DeSantis, and other Republicans want to make teaching this side of American history illegal.
#ResistanceRoots

Today in history, 1898: After voters elect a biracial city council in Wilmington, N.C., a mob of white supremacists overthrows the local government in a coup d’état. The mob also killed as many as 300 black residents in what is known as the Wilmington Massacre. /1

once again, Ron Filipkowski hits the nail on the head. Trump IS Joffrey!
If Joffrey Baratheon grew up to be an American president, this is pretty much what it would look like.

$170B for ICE and Border Patrol
$40B for Argentina
$1B to refurbish Trump's Qatar jet
$230M for Trump's DOJ "compensation"
$200M for Kristi Noem's jets
$98M for Trump's golf outings

But no money to lower your healthcare costs.

The Speaker doesn't sound alarmed about a tax-payer funded quarter billion dollar payout directly to Trump's pocket.
Q: How comfortable are you w/Trump seeking $230m from the DOJ?

MIKE JOHNSON: Uh, I don't know the details. I just read it. I know he believes he's owed that reimbursement. What I heard is that if receives it, he's gonna consider giving it to charity. They attack him for everything. *changes topic*

What good are pro-Ukraine Republicans if they are scared to stand up to a pro-Russian American president?
NEW:Trump urged Zelenskyy to accept Russia’s terms for ending its war in a volatile White House meeting on Friday, warning that Putin had said he would “destroy” Ukraine if it did not agree.

The meeting between Trump and Zelenskyy descended many times into a “shouting match” on.ft.com/3WMSQSu

Remember the first few months of this year, when all we talked about was DOGE and spending cuts and waste, and this administration gutted USAID?

And now they’re giving $40 billion (!) to Argentina.

Insane the amount of amnesia in this country and in our politics and media.

The CFPB is one of the most staunch financial watchdogs for the American people.

The agency has returned at least $20B to the victims of financial fraud and abuse since 2011.

It's no longer protecting consumers now...BECAUSE THIS REGIME DOESN'T WANT IT TO!

The UAE bought $2B of Trump's stablecoin. Trump gave them access to rare AI chips.

Saudi Arabia invested $2B in Kushner's firm. Trump sold them $142B in arms.

Reps. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., and Rob Wittman, R-Va., and Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, all voted for cuts to the CFPB.

Yet collectively, they routed more than 1,000 constituent complaints to the agency, ProPublica found.
