Okay I fully agree with this take, there's so much more than horny male professors in literary fiction, but omg WHY are there so many books about horny male professors out there
"all literary fiction is about horny male professors" is such a giant red flag, especially from a WRITER, because it's basically admitting that not only have you not read decades of work by women writers, queer writers, writers of color, you're not even AWARE of it
