Nearly every year Providence announces the third week in January as the last day for Christmas tree pickup. Nearly every year it coincides with MLK Day, so pickup is on a holiday (delayed) schedule. Nearly every year the streets are strewn with unpicked up Christmas trees blowing like tumbleweeds.

Went to what the internet called Munich’s best Arsenal bar to watch the game. Place is packed, I’m getting excited to watch the game with proper fans. When Arsenal finally score, I let out a big cheer, the rest of the place is absolutely silent.
