I really recommend Upaya's program for all activists and organizers. You don't have to be Buddhist or have your own meditation practice to get a lot out of it.
Each of the sessions in last year's talks was inspiring and grounding and left me feeling recharged to keep up the good fight.

Roshi Bernie would have been 87 years old today, had he lived that long. I am grateful for my two decades of practice with this wonderful and unique person. The dharma though him is in every cell of Upaya and in my strengthening heart.
