🔍 How consistent are activPAL algorithm updates?

A new study compared CREA vs. GHLA algorithms w/ 6,038 days & 350 adults:
✅ 24 of 29 posture/activity metrics were equivalent within 3%
📈 Correlations: r = .97–1.00

🆕 ActiWearCheck, a new Python tool, flags valid Fitbit wear days using only energy expenditure data—no heart rate needed!

Across 3,339 days and 72 participants, it boosted step & energy expenditure estimates by 12% & 6%.
