I’m going to hell for this, but our “unity” after 9/11 led to an unwarranted war of aggression that resulted in hundreds of thousands of needless deaths. I mourn for the victims of 9/11, but not for any unity based on shallow, ignorant jingoism.

I wish ONE elected official had the fortitude to call out Charlie Kirk for what he was: a vile, fascist bigot. Nobody deserves to be murdered. Those two statements aren't incompatible.

1) If they assert that due process is unimportant, or only for citizens, or otherwise show a lack of understanding regarding it,
2) They waive said due process for themselves.
