The SAVE Act would require Americans to show a passport or birth certificate in person just to register to vote.

Millions of Americans don’t have access to these documents. This is voter suppression, plain and simple.

Jeff Bezos took over the Washington Post Editorial Board and turned it into a mouthpiece for pro-corporate, pro-billionaire propaganda.

Now, WaPo is laying off hundreds of *real* journalists — including the reporter covering Amazon.

Democracy dies in billionaire hands.

This is so dangerous. Trump never believed in the Constitution, that was only an act while he was running for president.

If there isn’t an URGENT check on his powers, we are cooked. And every sitting representative and senator, or anyone running for office, needs to be prepared to take this on.

A huge night for Democrats:

—They flip Miami's mayorship.
—They flip a state House district in Georgia that had voted Trump by 13%.
—They keep Albuquerque's mayorship, while the liberal faction flips city council.
—And they get big overperformances (+18 & +22) in 2 Florida specials.

Thank you @apoorvanyt.bsky.social for following up on this important story.
Those of us who still give a damn about HIV & AIDS will be making our voices heard on #WorldAIDSDay - and every other day.
SCOOP: The Trump administration has instructed employees and grantees not to use U.S. funds to commemorate World AIDS Day — because the observance was started by the World Health Organization.
