Resmed has a version of this that I switched to recently as the philips systems were no longer really a thing. Works exactly the same.

I use the Philips Dreamwear. Not quite nasal pillows (I hated them), it just rests under the nose with a hole for the air to get to the nostrils. Works perfectly and that's a good thing, because losing the beard was never gonna happen.
No tape or strap required (for me). Just kinda got used to it.

A week or so ago, I finally got up the bravery to try cleaning the satyr leggings. Because they were piggy's and very much something I cherish / don't want to lose, I was terrified. But unstuffing them, sewing a torn seam back together, washing/drying, restuffing? Way easier than I thought it'd be.

Sent my sewing machine in for a tune up/repair. To be fair, it's been.... 10+ years? And I didn't realize how much regular tune ups were a thing that should be done. It was definitely a trooper. But of course, the minute I send it away for 4 weeks, I need it for 5 different things. LOL

Ok, it took me waaaaay too long to realize you can stop the spinning wheel of necklaces/stones/patterns, etc in Cult of the Lamb just by clicking and if you do it when it's slow in that first swing you can ALWAYS get what you want rather than take the 1 in 4 chance
