HOW TO COMMIT A POSTCOLONIAL MURDER by @ninamcconigley.bsky.social is mesmerizing. Georgie's narrative voice is powerful, and even though this short book is incredibly weird, I was hooked. I do enjoy a mystery in which the motive, not the killer(s), is the mystery. #ewgc @prhlibrary.bsky.social

A Welsh fairy tale retold, HONEYSUCKLE will be one of my 2026 fantasy faves. Big sister makes her little brother a magical playmate out of flowers who must play any game he chooses. How sweet! For a while. #ewgc @barfridmantell.bsky.social @macmillanlib.bsky.social
