An ARC of “The Beheading Game” in which Anne Boleyn wakes up in her coffin with her head between her knees and how could this scenario get any better? I’m about to find out.

I nominate Josh O'Connor to star in adaptations of "Death Comes for the Archbishop" and "Doomsday Book" next since he's got this genuinely good priest thing down cold. #KnivesOut #WakeUpDeadMan

Last but definitely not least, number 10 is THE ENCHANTED GREENHOUSE by Sarah Beth Durst. This is the book of 2025 that I want to go and live in. I think a piece of me is still there. May just put it on my medicinal shelf with Wodehouse and Miss Read for whenever I need soothing. #LibFaves25

My favorite new mystery series for sure!

As one does, LOL!

It was a rough year, and comfort reads such as Kim Jyun's YEONNAM-DONG'S SMILEY LAUNDROMAT kept me reading (and hoping) so it is my number 9 pick. #LibFaves25

It is truly fabulous!

My 8th pick for #LibFaves25 is A DROP OF CORRUPTION by Robert Jackson Bennett. The most flawless mystery I've read in quite some time, or at least since the one before it in the Shadow of the Leviathan series, THE TAINTED CUP. Love Ana and Din.

I know what I’m doing in January!

Pick 7: I adored THE RIVER HAS ROOTS by Amal El-Mohtar as much as anything I read in 2025. Sisters, music, magic, an unbreakable bond. Just excellent. #LibFaves25

Day 6 pick is VIOLET THISTLEWAITE IS NOT A VILLAIN ANY MORE. Talk about fun, and this sweet yet exciting book has one of the best endings I've read all year. #LibFaves25

It will absolutely be in my list next year!

Oh my word, fellow librarians, I'm totally buying a copy of The Correspondent (not my pick) if they have it this evening at my local independent bookstore! What a hot #LibFaves25 contender!

Many progressives are in favor of more freedom to prescribe and treat for both pharmacists and nurse practitioners. Not to mention nurse-midwives!

I picked this one up at an airport bookstore and was engrossed in it the whole flight! So funny!

I'm still squeamish about this one but may have to at least dip a toe in next month! So many raves! #LibFaves25

GREENTEETH by Molly O'Neill was so great. Take me back to Chipping Appleby! #LibFaves25 That's five; I'm caught up!

Have you read THIS KINGDOM WILL NOT KILL ME yet? It's utterly epic.

Thanks for responding! I ended up creating a simpler spreadsheet onsite and exporting the links as a column without using Google. I also asked for linked titles as an export option for PDF and it was submitted to the Edelgeeks. www.earlyword.com/2025/12/10/e...
